Change of address - how much notice should I provide?

From receipt of your address change instructions, it can take up to 28 days before copies are delivered to the new address. We update our records within 2 days, however the magazine mailing labels are printed 7 days in advance of the cover date.
If you wish to change the country to which your magazine is delivered please contact Customer Services.

Delivery Times

Poultry World is printed and distributed on the Tuesday prior to the Friday publication date. The delivery times are based on the distribution network for individual countries. For example, subscribers in the UK will normally receive their copy on the Wednesday before the cover date.

Expiry date - when will my subscription end?

Simply log on to your Account details and view the expiry date of your subscription. Alternatively, contact Customer Services on 44 (0) 330 333 9694.

First issue - when will I receive it?

New orders are processed within 2 days and magazine mailing labels are printed 7 days in advance of the cover date. Please allow 28 days to receive your first issue. See Delivery Times.

Missed issue - how do I claim it?

You can report a missing issue by logging on to your subscription account. Alternatively, you can contact Customer Service on 44 (0) 330 333 9694.

Payment Requests - why do I continue to receive renewal advice / invoices for a bill I have paid?

Poultry World subscription files are maintained through a computerised system, managed by a dedicated team. However, due to the long lead time required to process large numbers of orders and payments, you may receive an additional invoice after you have already sent your payment. If so please ignore this invoice, but if you receive a subsequent request for payment please let us know. We will correct the situation promptly.

Promotional subscription rates

We value the support of our loyal readers and do not wish to offend them by promoting special rates to new customers. From time to time we do this to encourage casual readers to trial a subscription and to join our growing readership. The rates are valid for a limited time only and revert to the normal subscription price on renewal.

Students - do I qualify for a student discount?

Full time students benefit from a discount from the normal subscription rate. Order online by clicking here.

Reprints

How do I suspend my subscription?

To suspend an issue of your subscription, simply log on to your subscription account. Alternatively, you can contact Customer Services on 44 (0) 330 333 9694. Please allow 4 weeks notice prior to suspending your subscription issue to avoid disappointment.

Why do I need a password?

We have added a secure login to protect your details. To access your details in MyAccount, you will need to log in using your subscriber number, your email address and a password of your choice.

How do I set up a password?

To register your password, go here. You will then be sent an email with in instructions and a link to active your password. Can’t find the email? Leave it a minute then check again or look in your spam folder. You must active your password before you can log in. If the password is not activated within 7 days, please register it again.

What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?

You can set up a new password here. You will then be emailed a temporary password with a link and instructions on how to reset it. You must use the reset link within 7 days. Can’t find the email? Leave it a minute then check again or look in your spam folder. Customer Services cannot set up a password for you, please go here to rest your password.

Why can’t I log in?

If you have attempted to log in unsuccessfully 10 times or more, your account will be locked for 24 hours. Customer Services cannot set up a password for you, please go here to reset your password. What is ‘Instant Renewal’?

‘Instant Renewal’ is the fastest and easiest way to renew your subscription safely and securely online, with a single click. ‘Instant Renewal’ was automatically enabled after you made the last payment for your journal and means that your renewal payment will be automatically charged to the last card you used, if that card is still valid. If necessary, you can change the card at the point of payment. No more re-entering card details every time you renew.

How secure is ‘Instant Renewal’?

Extremely secure. You have to be logged in to My Account to use ‘Instant Renewal’ and your card details are stored in a secure manner to ensure you are protected against online fraud. As an added safety measure, remember to log out of My Account when you are finished.
